Paula Tucker
In 2014, Paula Tucker was appointed the Chief Executive Officer of Boysville Inc., a nationally accredited children’s home serving boys and girls, birth to age 23. Mrs. Tucker has over 30 years of experience in the social work field, including 21 years at Boysville. Mrs. Tucker previously served as the Chief Operations Officer (COO). Director of Residential Services and the Director of Emergency Shelter Services for Boysville.
As the COO, Mrs. Tucker led the efforts to expand the infant and toddler emergency shelter; enhanced the quality and capacity of the Boysville Community Based Foster Care Program; and was instrumental in securing a contracted Supervised Independent Living Program for young adults, ages 18-21, who are aging out of the system in Texas.
She also is an adjunct professor for OLLU. Mrs. Tucker’s continues her focus on providing quality and relevant programs benefiting children in need. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from Abilene Christian University, and a Master’s degree in Social Work from Our Lady of the Lake University (OLLU)
Darren Bauman
Darren has over 25 years of experience in accounting and financial management and has been at Boysville for over 20 years. He has a BBA in accounting and a minor in finance from Texas State University.
Beth Green
Beth Green is the Chief Development Officer for Boysville, Inc. Beth oversees all the direct and indirect fundraising and communications for Boysville. She has over 15 years of non-profit fundraising experience and over 25 years of communications and marketing experience.
Beth holds a B.A. in Journalism from Texas A&M University and is currently working towards her Master of Science program for Nonprofit Management at OLLU.

Vanessa Ward
Vanessa has been with Boysville for over 20 years as a licensed professional counselor. She serves as our Clinical Director supervising all therapeutic services. Vanessa holds a Master’s of Counseling degree from Texas A&M University/Central Texas and a bachelor’s degree from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga. She is a licensed professional-board approved Supervisor.
Roxanne Dylla
Roxanne has been with Boysville for 21 years, working in every program on our campus. She recently has been appointed the director of our newest program caring for pregnant and parenting teens. An integral part of our team, Roxanne is a TBRI practitioner, SAMA, CPR and P.R.I.D.E. instructor. Roxanne holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a Master of Science in Human Services, Nonprofit Management.
Stephanie Harvey
Stephanie currently works with young adults who aging out of care. She provides life skills and case management services as young adults transition into college or vocational school. Stephanie holds a Master in Social Work from the University of Missouri/Kansas City. She is also a licensed child care administrator and TBRI practitioner.
Eve Garcia
Eve oversees and manages Ellison and Lovelace Emergency shelters for children ranging in age from infants to 17 years old. Eve holds a bachelor degree and is a TBRI practitioner. She has been with Boysville for over 20 years.
Cindy Mazon
Cindy is a licensed social worker and holds a Master in Social Work from OLLU. Cindy works with over 50 school-aged children in elementary, middle school and high school. She coordinates all aspects of education including special services, tutoring, testing and credit recovery.
Jesus Gonzalez
Jesus works with volunteers to help facilitate projects on campus or coordinate in-kind drives within the community. Jesus holds a bachelors degree in Communications from UTSA.
