PQI Program

Boysville promotes excellence and continuous improvement through a Performance and Quality Improvement (PQI) program. Utilizing performance outcomes, risk assessment and stakeholder involvement, Boysville is able to improve how we care for children in need. Through a series of surveys, monthly reports, and record reviews, we are able to identify ours strengths and opportunities for improvement.

Financial Review

Boysville remains committed to being fiscally transparent as we meet our children’s needs as well as our donor’s focus. Each year, we have an independent auditing firm review our accounting and produce our 990 report which is on Guidestar.
